Who am I?
I am not :-
My name - Wendy
My face or body - not what is outside but deeper and seen behind my eyes
My job - I work as a therapist and trainer in self development but that is not who I am
What other people think of me - that is only their opinion from their own point of view
Who I was 10 years ago

Someone who lives with one foot in each world - the outer and the inner

The truth is I am just me - and that is more than enough - it has to be because that's all I can ever be - I am just me - doing my best with what I know and who I am today - in any given moment of this day - demonstrating who I am through my actions and watching the results those actions make in my life. Learning and growing every day.
